Below are basic sample meditations for you to enjoy. Erika is utilizing seven years of both undergraduate and graduate-level training in both creative writing and psychology to offer a new meditative format/therapeutic modality that is a
combination of *Yoga Nidra, Nada Yoga, & Guided Imagery. Check back regularly to this site for samples of this new addition. This is a multi-layered meditative experience intended to help restore the physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual bodies back to their highest energetic state.
